About the role: Digital Admissions Adviser
We are looking for Digital Admissions Advisers to join our team to support with student enrolment.
We have an exciting opportunity available within our Contact Centre at our Reading College campus. In this role, no two days are the same. You will be joining our established team of friendly advisers to ensure we deliver and maintain an exceptional service to all customers, offering a first point resolution to customers over the phone and through enquiries.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in expanding their skills in customer service and administrative support within the education sector, as well as a range of transferrable skills.

This is a permanent, full time role based at Reading College campus.
