We're looking for a Part-Time Document Controller to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing documentation and communication processes. Key Responsibilities: Email Management:Proficient in Microsoft Outlook. You'll monitor incoming emails, respond professionally, and ensure no details are missed. You'll ask the right questions to clarify requests and keep communication flowing. Documentation & Post Room Duties:Handle the downloading and dispatching of documents to customers, builders, developers, and suppliers. Accuracy is crucial-ensuring the right information reaches the right people. Stakeholder Communication:Be inquisitive and confident. If a request isn't clear-whether verbal or written-you'll follow up via email or phone to clarify and keep things moving productively. Team Collaboration:Use your initiative to build rapport with team members. Ask questions, share ideas, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
