Overview
We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated Digital Consultants to join our team. The team has recently worked on major UK infrastructure projects such as the New Hospitals Programme, Sizewell C and the Anglian Water Reservoirs Programme. The candidate would work within the Digital Strategy and Advisory team, alongside other team members with capability on BIM and Digital Twin strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in the use of BIM, information management, project delivery, and client communication. This role involves actively participating in discovery workshops, developing IM project delivery programs, and the forming of BIM / IM strategy. The consultant will also be responsible for conducting gap analyses, and identifying systems, processes and workflows that support digital implementation and handover.
Responsibilities
* Actively participate in discovery workshops.
* Develop information management (IM) project delivery programs and BIM/IM strategy.
* Conduct gap analyses to identify systems, processes and workflows that support digital implementation and handover.
* Collaborate with the Digital Strategy and Advisory team and other capability areas on BIM and Digital Twin strategy.
Candidate specification
Essential
* High knowledge of information management standards (BS EN ISO 19650) and protocols.
* Proven experience in utilizing BIM for information management and project delivery.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues as needed.
Desirable
* BIM model authoring experience.
* Experience performing project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
* Understanding of COBie implementation and handover processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Knowledge of metadata management and information classification.
