This position: Electrical Building Services Engineer is with one of the Midlands' leading Building Services companies, which has an extremely loyal and extensive customer base. You will be involved in exciting projects across various sectors and will be a key member of a close-knit design team. Opportunities for progression are available, and staff retention is high, allowing you to develop meaningful relationships with colleagues and learn from them.
As an Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will be:
1. Leading the design of projects up to the value of £6M.
2. Working with a close-knit Design team.
3. Designing all electrical aspects of projects, including Lighting, Small Power, Fire Alarm, and Access Control systems.
4. Working on highly respected projects across sectors such as Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing, and Retail.
5. Utilizing the latest design packages and technology to ensure continuous development.
6. Offering opportunities to progress and grow within the company.
We are interested in speaking with professionals who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as an Electrical Design Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Electrical Building Services Design Engineer, whether from a Consultancy or Contracting background.
Additionally, familiarity with programs such as Amtech, Relux, and Hevacomp is desirable. If you possess any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering, CIBSE membership.
