Job Description
The Key responsibilities for this Accounts Assistant role include:
* Ledger Month end close activities
* Full maintenance of the purchase ledger
* Invoice processing
* Bank reconciliations
* Reconciling bank statements and monthly credit card statements.
* Managing all accounts payable queries and liaising with suppliers to resolve issues.
Assisting with month end tasks; management of the prepayments and accruals schedules, fixed
asset register and completing a depreciation run, budget v actual and inter company loan
reconciliation.
* Assisting with audit preparation and annual budgeting tasks.
* Key Stakeholder communication and relationship building.
The Successful Applicant
The sucsesful Account's Assistant will have had:
* Has had previous experience in dealing with large volumes of invoices.
* Is comfortable working within a close team but also on their own
* Has thorough experience within a finance role
* Has previous accounts based work
* Has exposure to wider finance teams
