Groundworks Foreman (Permanent)

Hill McGlynn Recruitment is working in partnership with a residential developer who is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman for a permanent position on a site near Camden.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Foreman with a strong background working for a groundworks subcontractor and experience delivering residential projects to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating groundworks activities on site
Managing subcontract labour and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
Overseeing drainage, foundations, external works, and associated groundworks packages
Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, and specifications
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site housekeeping
Liaising with site management and reporting progress Requirements
Previous experience working for a groundworks subcontractor is essential
Proven experience in a Groundworks Foreman or similar supervisory role
Strong knowledge of residential groundworks packages
Ability to manage site teams and maintain productivity
Must be available to start within the next 6-8 weeks What's on Offer
