The role:
We are seeking an Accountant to join Marshall Motor Group's Volkswagen Division. You will support the dealership with day-to-day financial reporting and management. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to our Franchise Financial Controller.
What you'll do:
1. Produce management accounts for dealership leadership teams.
2. Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities for your division.
3. Respond to queries from dealership leadership regarding financial and accounting matters.
4. Provide leadership to a small team of accounts and administration professionals.
5. Liaise with divisional, regional, and group-level accounting staff to ensure a consistent approach.
Who you are:
You will be at least part-qualified or qualified by experience with experience within an automotive dealership. In addition, you will demonstrate:
