Care Connection (a division of The Best Connection) are currently recruiting for experienced Care Assistants in the Worthing and surrounding areas in West Sussex.
Duties include:
* Providing personal care that includes bathing/showering, dressing and undressing residents
* Promoting Person Centred Care to each resident
* Promoting independence and support to residents
* Escorting to dining hall, setting trays/tables, providing assistance with feeding
* Recording of resident's daily food/fluid intake
* Supporting the home with laundry, light cleaning, and other domestic tasks

Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS clearance
