Nursing Home Manager
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
We are recruiting for an experienced and driven Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Cambridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical and operational leader to take full responsibility for a high-quality service, ensuring outstanding care, compliance, and team performance.
The Role
As Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, including:
* Full operational and clinical management of the service
* Ensuring compliance with CQC and all relevant regulations
* Leading, developing, and motivating multidisciplinary teams
* Maintaining high standards of person-centred care
* Managing budgets, occupancy, and performance targets
* Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
* Driving continuous improvement and quality outcomes

The Ideal Candidate
* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – essential
* Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Confident managing clinical governance and compliance
* Commercial and operational awareness
* Commitment to delivering outstanding care
