Teaching Personnel are currently working in close partnership with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School based in EN3 (Enfield) to recruit an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs, including ASD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour.

Role Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other complex learning needs.
* Support pupils in managing challenging behaviour and building emotional regulation strategies.
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
* Help create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment tailored to individual needs.

✅ Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of 6 months’ experience supporting pupils with SEND in a UK school setting.
* Sound knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
* Strong behaviour management skills and an adaptable, empathetic approach.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply through Teaching Personnel).
* A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike.
