We’re supporting our client with the recruitment of two exciting fixed-term opportunities for People and OD Partners:1 x Part-Time (22.2 hours per week) – Contract until 31st March 20261 x Full-Time – Contract until 31st July 2026These roles offer a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time), enhanced annual leave entitlement, and flexible hybrid working, along with a range of additional benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and forward-thinking People professional to work closely with senior leaders across the business, delivering the full spectrum of HR and Organisational Development services. You’ll play a key role in driving cultural and behavioural change while supporting critical transformation initiatives aligned to the organisation’s people strategy. Key Responsibilities:Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to strategic directionDevelop and implement people strategies aligned with organisational objectivesLead on workforce and succession planningBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trade union representativesAdvise on and manage complex employee relations mattersChampion performance improvement across the organisationContribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresGuide and support managers through change, engagement, and HR initiativesAnalyse and interpret MI data to inform decision-making and drive improvementsSupport and facilitate leadership development and corporate training programmesLine manage a HR Advisor and HR AssistantPromote and embed Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) in all practicesTo succeed in this role, you will need:Proven experience in a People/HR Business Partner capacityA track record of delivering successful change and transformation initiativesExcellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and unionsA pragmatic and solutions-focused approachStrong strategic and operational HR expertiseCIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experienceApplications are being reviewed on a rolling basis, with interviews scheduled over the coming weeks.
