Job role
As a Kitchen Porter at The Alverton Hotel, you will be a key member of the back-of-house team, helping to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience. We are seeking applicants who pride themselves on attention to detail, with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
Responsibilities
* Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
* A keen interest in food preparation and culinary practices is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards helping others in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with hospitality regulations.
