Wealth Management Admin – Liverpool (Hybrid)

A well‑established and growing Wealth Management Practice is seeking a motivated Wealth Management Assistant to join its supportive and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to develop their career within a fast‑paced, client‑focused financial services environment.
The practice consists of a small team of financial advisers supported by an experienced administration function. They specialise in providing high‑quality financial planning services to high‑net‑worth individuals and successful business owners.
The Role
As a Wealth Management Assistant, you will provide essential support to advisers and clients, covering a wide range of administrative and operational duties, including:
* Delivering comprehensive administrative support to advisers and wider colleagues
* Managing and preparing key data for client reports and portfolio reviews
* Producing meeting packs and writing follow‑up client meeting notes
* Handling client and provider enquiries via phone, email, and letter
* Managing and updating the Practices CRM system
* Diary management for senior team members
* Processing new business and liaising with relevant external administration teams
* Ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice through proactive organisation and attention to detail
Full training is provided, with clear opportunities for progression and professional development.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience within an administrative or office support role
* Financial services experience (Wealth Management, IFA, etc.) – desirable but not essential
* Excellent customer service skills and the confidence to build strong client relationships
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new systems quickly
* High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities
* A professional, discreet, and proactive approach
