Contract Structural Surveyor – Building Structures Location: London Day Rate: Competitive Duration: Initial contract with potential extension We are currently supporting an engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Structural Surveyor on a contract basis to assist with a programme of structural inspections and condition assessments across existing buildings, primarily within the education sector. This role is largely focused on site-based investigations and reporting, assessing the condition of structural elements and providing practical recommendations for remedial works. Role Overview The successful contractor will carry out a range of structural inspections across existing buildings, predominantly schools. The role will involve assessing structural elements, identifying defects or deterioration, and producing concise reports with recommendations for repair or replacement where required.
