Data Analyst, Field Oper Return & ReCommerce
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join the Reverse Logistics Services team to help unlock insights that will elevate our team. The ideal candidate will be excited about developing and implementing new and repeatable processes, while providing data to enhance the Returns transportation business. The successful candidate will possess strong data mining and modeling skills and be comfortable facilitating ideas from concept through to execution. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze business challenges and data, identify insights, and recommend process improvements on a global scale. This role requires excellent analytical abilities and strong business acumen.
Key job responsibilities
1. Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, SQL, and other data management tools.
2. Monitor existing metrics, analyze data, and partner with teams to identify process and system improvements.
3. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, and user-friendly systems, reports, or dashboards to support decision-making.
4. Prepare and present business requirements to leadership teams.
5. Produce clear documentation and artifacts understandable by both business and technical partners.
6. Be self-driven and capable of delivering on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.

Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, STEM, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or in statistical analysis.
* Experience managing and influencing key metrics.
* Ability to analyze inputs from associates and customers to influence partners.
* Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Strong written communication skills.
* Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and/or SQL & QuickSight.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience in Retail, Transportation, or Operations.
* Advanced SQL skills.
* Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages.
* Effective communication across all management levels and with partners.
