Support Worker – Outreach (Block Hours in the Community)

Our client is recruiting Female Support Workers to join their growing team in Telford, delivering outreach support through block hours in the community.
Important Information
This is a female-only role due to the specific needs of the individuals our client supports. This requirement is in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 and constitutes a genuine occupational requirement.
This is a community-based outreach position where you will support individuals in their own homes and out in the community. Support is delivered in structured block hours, promoting consistency and meaningful engagement.
You will be supporting people to:
* Access the community and attend appointments
* Build independence and daily living skills
* Engage in social activities and hobbies
* Maintain their wellbeing and personal goals
* Develop confidence and life skills

Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
