In this career-defining role, you'll own end-to-end network strategy and optimization programs—from business case creation through operational handover. You'll partner with executive leadership and collaborate across Finance, HR, Legal, Real Estate, Construction, Automation, Operations Excellence, and Operations teams to design and deliver infrastructure and optimization solutions that enable growth and scale.

You'll be recognized as the subject matter expert for structuring key deliverables, driving accountability, and ensuring complex strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact.

What You'll Do & Deliver

Own multi-million-dollar optimization and infrastructure programs that significantly influence business performance, profitability, and network capacity.

• Shape Network Strategy & Future-State Design
Lead the development and execution of network strategy, optimization initiatives, and infrastructure roadmaps to support long-term growth and operational efficiency.

• Build Compelling Business Cases
Partner with Finance and executive leadership to create data-driven business cases that balance cost, service, inventory, and capacity trade-offs.

• Deliver End-to-End Infrastructure Programs
Lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams from concept and modeling through implementation and operational handover.

• Drive Data-Backed Decision Making
Conduct scenario modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments to inform strategic direction and executive decisions.

• Create Structure & Accountability
Establish standardized processes, timelines, and governance frameworks to track deliverables, ensure accountability, and enable on-time execution.

• Measure What Matters
Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate initiative success and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead Governance & Executive Reporting
Facilitate steering committees and develop compelling, executive-ready presentations and reporting materials.

• Act as Program Owner & Escalation Point
Serve as the single point of contact for assigned initiatives—driving issue resolution, risk mitigation, and program health.

• Ensure Seamless Operational Handover
Secure stakeholder sign-off, enable smooth transition to line operations, and lead post-launch follow-ups and lessons learned.

• Develop & Inspire Leaders
Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing direct reports. Conduct performance reviews, build development plans, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
