Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Contract Manager to join our passionate and driven team, based remotely and operating from your home office, overseeing our client's 16 sites across the UK. This role requires visiting one site per week. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively, while also providing support to site managers as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for internal liaison to ensure client satisfaction and the development of quotes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all works are delivered according to contract specifications/SLAs and provide technical and operational support to direct reports.
* Promote completion quality and H&S checks to ensure works are compliant with the program, specification, and CPP.
* Collaborate closely with the Account Director to enhance technical knowledge and share personal site/engineering expertise across the Clients' property portfolio.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, staff, and external bodies to drive business development and retention.
* Provide technical support to business development functions as required.
* Internal liaison to chase for client satisfaction and develop quotes.
About You:
* Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
* Candidates must be academically or professionally qualified within an Engineering discipline.
* The candidate must possess management experience in the FM arena, managing M&E or Project works, including managing an operational site-based or mobile team.
* Hold a relevant H&S qualification for the position (IOSH, SMSTS).
* Excellent communication skills, including presentation and written report writing.
* Good IT skills, including advanced Excel.
