Overview
Due to continued growth and expansion we are recruiting for a full-time Lecturer to join us on a permanent basis. The Health and Social Care Department offers a range of courses; GCSE 14‑16 Programme, level 1‑3 Health and Social Care courses, including the T‑level in Health and Adult Counselling, at our Wisbech Campus.
We are committed to remaining at the forefront of education developments and will be including apprenticeships during the next academic year.
Responsibilities
* Teach undergraduate and post‑graduate courses in health and social care.
* Design, develop and deliver curriculum that meets the needs of local communities and partners with NHS and other healthcare providers.
* Support learners in developing personal and professional skills and guiding them to achieve their full potential.
* Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver high quality teaching and assessment.
Qualifications and Experience
* Teaching experience desired but not essential.
* Level 5 teaching qualification and experience preferred; appointments normally not made at point 12 or above without this qualification.
* Passion for health and social care and ability to inspire young people.
