The role of Scheme Manager will include:
1. Supporting residents by providing information to promote independence, good health and wellbeing
2. Completing mandatory compliance tasks along with health and safety checks
3. Reporting and monitoring repairs to conclusion, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
4. Delivering high quality customer service by resolving problems and complaints
5. Providing administrative support, including maintaining accurate records in a timely manner
6. Completing Sign Ups, Terminations, Settling in Visits
7. Covering other schemes as and when required
Skills and experiences:
8. Numeracy and literacy to the equivalent of GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
9. Proven experience of working with older people and understanding their individual needs or similar
10. Ability to work alone and manage workloads to meet deadlines
11. Working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information
12. Good interpersonal and customer care skills
13. Proficient User of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
14. Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence and own vehicle is essential

25. Role salary is £14,209 (rising to £14,649 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
The full time equivalent salary for this role is £26,643 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £27,467 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
