What you’ll do
* Lead and motivate a team of Front of House and Housekeeping to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards.
* Co‑manage daily operations within the hotel, including bar and kitchen, to maintain the UK’s number one reputation.
* Understand the bigger picture and identify commercial opportunities to drive improvement.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel.
Requirements
* Previous management experience in the hospitality industry (or a similar environment) where you led a team to success.
* Strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service.
* Excellent team management and communication skills with a warm, genuine approach.
* Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service.
* Ability to engender trust and win support at all levels.
