We are working with a high end residential design and property management agency, based in Chelsea, to help them find a Building Management Co-Ordinator. Due to the nature of the role there is no hybrid working offered.
This role will support the Head of Building Management on a daily basis and the responsibilities are broad.
* You will be required to help resolve problems with the houses that they manage, dealing effectively with household staff and booking repairmen when required
* Help manage and reconcile client accounts and spreadsheets, adding invoices, getting quotes and ensuring accounts are kept up to date.
* Help manage day to day IT within the agency in terms of setting up new users with email accounts and helping with top line IT issues before reverting to their IT support company.
* Help the Head of Building Management with daily admin tasks and other adhoc support duties.
Fluency in Microsoft Office is essential, and the successful applicant will need a real can-do attitude, have bags of positivity, be highly diplomatic, have good negotiating skills and ultimately be a real people person.
Ideally, applicants will have a background in high-end property management.
