About the Role
As a BD Campaigns & CRM Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our global marketing and business development efforts. You’ll manage CRM data quality, support marketing campaigns, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across borders, collaborate with diverse teams, and make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and enhance CRM data quality and reporting (Salesforce)
* Support marketing campaigns, newsletters, and events from end to end
* Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to deliver seamless client communications
* Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
* Ensure compliance with global data protection standards
What You’ll Bring
* Fluency in German and English
* A degree-level education and strong analytical skills
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools
