Full‑time – 35 hours a week. Availability from 8am to 8pm and Saturday mornings.
Working Pattern
Hybrid – at least two days per week, or 40% of time in office.
About the Opportunity
As a Relationship Growth colleague you’ll join our Consumer Lending & Relationships team in a predominantly virtual capacity. You’ll proactively connect with customers, understand their financial needs and aspirations, and develop expertise in retail products and services to provide clear, supportive information.

* Experience in a Relationship Management role is helpful.
