37.5 hours per week, based in Chippenham or Trowbridge with flexibility to cover both locations.
As a Young Person Support Worker working
37.5 hours per week on a flexible rota and to include days, evenings, alternate weekends, bank holidays and an expectation of weekly sleep ins.
You will provide support and advice around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health and personal issues, all allowing the service user to work towards independent living.
There is an expectation of 2 regular sleep in's each week.
Sleep in's are paid at £70 each sleep, this equates to £7,280.00 per year extra.
Car driver required with access to a road worthy vehicle and business insurance.
