Cover Supervisor Monarch Education are looking for a Cover Supervisor to work with students KS3 and 4. The role begins in ASAP, the school will consider ECT senior school experience essential.Must be able to jump straight in and happy to cover all subjects. The ideal candidate will: Have the ability and knowledge to teach Secondary school pupils. Be highly organised with excellent communication skills. Have a desire to work with, inspire and support children from all needs and backgrounds. Have excellent behaviour management skills. Understand the expectations against the Teachers Standards Main Responsibilities: Teaching a variety of subjects to secondary pupils Planning lessons and activities for whole class learning and group learning. Possible supervising on lunch and break times Supporting and managing teaching assistants within the classroom Building relationships with staff and pupils Collecting evidence of pupils work to support their assessments.
