As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll need to possess both understanding of composites materials and their properties and also have a strong manufacturing background including process and manufacturability improvements. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate key experience composite materials, with experience in carbon composites being highly desirable.
