You will be responsible for providing technical support services to commercial and operations teams to develop new and existing business for Promat UK.
What you’ll do:
To work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales by offering a range of support services, such as:
• Quotations
• Handling of technical enquiries, whilst working closely with the TX platform
• CAD support and production of engineering drawings, utilising manufacturing experience to review feasibility and most efficient design
• Product/material sample production
• Provide support and improve communication of key information between sales, operations and CFT. i.e. pricing and management of price lists to improve order processing
To work closely with the operations team to provide efficient delivery of MTO products by offering a range of services, such as:
• Process development and continuous improvement reviews
• Process training
• Production of work instruction documentation
• CAD/programming, especially to assist with larger and more complex projects
• Collaboration with relevant departments to resolve issues with current and new processes to improve efficiencies and quality of products, i.e. supplier management support
