Property Manager / Lettings Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager / Lettings Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join a well-established real estate management company. This is a part-time position offering a salary of £15 per hour for 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
1. Conducting regular property inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards.
2. Advertising available rooms to attract suitable tenants.
3. Performing tenant vetting, including reference, background, and income checks.
4. Managing rent collection and addressing arrears or tenancy disputes.
5. Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors.
6. Responding to tenant inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
7. Maintaining accurate records of tenancy agreements, payments, and property activities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Portfolio Manager, Block Manager, Estates Manager, or similar role.
* At least 5 years of experience in real estate or property management.
* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
