Salary up to £75,000 + Benefits. The organisation are worldwide leaders in the design, development and manufacture of their incredibly high-end products. To support the growth of the business they now have the need to appoint a Lead Product Design Engineer on a permanent basis. In this role as a Lead Product Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 other Product Design Engineers, as well as some sub-contractors and offshore resources as and when required. This will be a hands-on role with 75% of your time spent designing, with the other 25% of your time spent around leadership duties such as project managing, process improvements, delegation, mentoring, managing and training.
