A fast-growing facilities company is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to take ownership of all marketing activity.
The Marketing Manager will be a standalone role responsible for both strategic planning and hands-on execution, supporting brand growth, lead generation, and commercial objectives.
This will be a hybrid role based in Wimbledon.
Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver the overall B2B marketing strategy aligned with business growth
2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support lead generation and retention
3. Create and manage content including newsletters, website copy, case studies, and sales materials
4. Manage organic social media activity, primarily LinkedIn
5. Support sales teams with marketing collateral and sector-specific messaging
6. Manage external agencies and suppliers as required
7. Track performance and report on marketing effectiveness and ROI
Ideal Marketing Manager Profile:
8. Proven success in a B2B marketing role, ideally within services, facilities, property, or a related sector
9. Experience operating as a sole or senior marketer with end-to-end responsibility
10. Strong copywriting and content creation skills
11. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
12. Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
