Business Development Manager (Estimating)
£45,000 - £62,000 + Yearly Bonus + Personal Bonus + Progression + Flexible Working Hours Taunton

Established for over 30 years, they have built a reputation for quality, technical expertise, and long-term value. With just shy of 20 employees, they operate as a close-knit, highly motivated team where each person makes a direct impact on the business.
This is the ideal role for someone who combines technical knowledge of glazing systems with commercial acumen, and who thrives in a role that blends estimating, business development, and client relationship management.
The Role
* Prepare high-quality, competitive tenders and proposals.
* Model and cost aluminium glazing systems using LogiKal software.
* Interpret architectural drawings and conduct accurate quantity take-offs.
* Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive terms.
* Maintain strong client communication throughout the tender process.
* Lead internal tender reviews and project handovers.
The Person
* Proven experience in estimating within the aluminium glazing sector (desirable but not essential).
* Knowledge of glazing systems and tendering processes.
* Proficiency in LogiKal (preferred), Excel, and other estimating tools.
