Provide expert advice on talent acquisition trends, market conditions, and best practices. Person Specification: Required: Mandarin Speaking Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment and attraction of senior talent. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
