What Youll Do
Teach and assess learners across Early Years programmes, including full-time courses, apprenticeships, and enrichment activities Deliver engaging and inclusive sessions across classroom-based and practical learning environments, linking theory to real Early Years practice Support learners in developing key skills such as safeguarding, communication, child development knowledge, observation, planning, and professional practice Embed current knowledge of the Early Years sector, including safeguarding, child development, SEND, equality, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing Maintain high standards of safeguarding, learner support, and professionalism Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement, progression, and career readiness
What Youll Bring
A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years, Childcare, Education, Child Development, or a related subject Relevant industry experience within Early Years settings, such as nurseries, preschools, schools, family support, or childcare environments Knowledge of current Early Years frameworks, safeguarding requirements, child development, and professional practice Experience supporting, mentoring, coaching, or developing others in a professional setting A teaching qualification is welcomed but if you dont have one yet, well support you to achieve it while you work
