About the role...
This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in making a real impact on the candidate experience for new members joining The BUSY Group. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in supporting the full lifecycle of recruitment and onboarding across The BUSY Group. From posting ads and coordinating interviews to ensuring new starters have everything they need for a seamless first day, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What You'll Do
Recruitment Coordination
1. Provide administrative support across the end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Post and maintain job advertisements and monitor applications
3. Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4. Organise reference checks and any supporting documentation
Onboarding Coordination
5. Prepare and distribute new starter documentation including contracts, policies, and welcome materials and manage pre-employment checks (e.g. WWCC, National Police Checks, qualifications verification, etc.).
6. Set up new employees in HR systems, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
7. Liaise with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure new starters have the required equipment, access, and workspace set up prior to commencement.
General Team Administration
8. Update and maintain employee records and documentation in HR systems.
9. Support team projects and initiatives as required.
10. Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and alignment with The BUSY Group's policies and legislative requirements.
11. Promote and protect the safety and wellbeing of children and young people by adhering to the Child Safety National Principles and The BUSY Group's Safeguarding Policies and Procedures.
This role is permanent full time based at our Southport Head Office.

Skills And Experiences
A bit about you...
19. Formal qualification and/or experience in Human Resources, Recruitment or a related field (desirable).
20. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on positive stakeholder engagement.
21. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
22. Sound computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and HR/ATS systems.
23. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
24. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
25. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
26. Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service and candidate care.
27. Ability to obtain a Blue Card, open drivers' licence and National Police Check
