Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and conducting interviews.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects across the organisation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date.
Advise managers on performance management processes and best practices.
Contribute to the development of training and development programmes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.Profile
