Job Title: Lecturer in English
Salary: £32,938 - £40,725
Location: Springfield Centre
Hours and Weeks per Year: 37 hours / 52 weeks

Role Focus
In the role of English Lecturer, you'll predominantly be based at our Huddersfield sites, and your focus will be on teaching English GCSE.
Responsibilities
* planning and delivering lessons
* marking work and providing constructive feedback
* managing behaviour
* monitoring student attendance
* any other duties, including admin, relating to the role
Qualifications
* Ideally, you'll have an English degree (or be able to prove equivalent ability)
* demonstrable experience in teaching
* ability to communicate with and engage with young people
* commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults
