Key Responsibilities
* Develop brand plans & campaign strategies in collaboration with Product Managers representing French agencies to drive sales and increase awareness.
* Focus on French agencies within our core portfolio, with additional product marketing responsibilities for Greece, Austria, Germany, Hungary, and Bulgaria.
* Launch new products by providing accurate and timely information to sales teams and customers.
* Coordinate with the digital content team to ensure a steady flow of product updates, news, and reviews on the website and social media channels.
* Manage producer visits and events in the UK, ensuring all visits are well planned to maximize sales opportunities.
* Liaise with stakeholders regarding trips and visits to French agency producers.
* Assist in delivering country-specific and regional tastings in partnership with the Events Manager.
* Collaborate with external PR agencies for producer activities, including press releases, sampling, and events.
* Develop and maintain all product information related to French agency wines.
* Keep product and producer information accurate across all digital platforms, both internal and external.
* Coordinate with product and technical teams to ensure product data is entered into relevant systems like Bevica and Bottlebooks in a timely manner.
* Maintain digital assets such as bottle shots and producer photography across all platforms.
* Participate in tasting sessions for new vintages, assisting in writing tasting notes and verifying product data.
* Identify key wines for competition entries, complete submissions, and communicate results internally and externally.
* Support the preparation and attendance at sales channel tasting events with the sales teams and Events Manager.
* Provide stockist information to journalists or producers as required.
Qualities
You should have a genuine passion for wine with good product knowledge; WSET Dip or Level 3 preferred. Experience in sales, marketing, or retail is beneficial.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You should be highly organized with excellent planning and administrative skills, paying close attention to detail.
Being approachable and collaborative, encouraging ideas and building relationships, is important. Knowledge of Adobe, Bevica, or Bottlebooks, and experience in copywriting, would be advantageous.
Language skills may also be beneficial for communicating with overseas producers.
