What you’ll be doing Contribute to the team's financial performance and achievement of its overall business objectives Ensure that you’re delivering a heartfelt service, developing measures to track how you do this Straight Up Management of Risk Exposure within portfolio managing repayment of low yielding/non core risk exposures and focusing on growing our Business. Delightfully surprise our customers by solving complex queries in a timely fashion. Ensure excellent attention to detail and care in data quality, and lending risk measurements Develop strong relationships with new customers through focussed conversations following onboarding. Ensure customer retention with robust and focussed conversations Existing customer reviews and new requests. We need you to have Proven experience supporting business and delivering outstanding customer service, with a track record of building trusted relationships and understanding the needs of commercial customers. Strong analytical capability with demonstrable experience interpreting financial information. A proven track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering high quality outcomes, supported by excellent organisational, relationship management and project coordination skills Experience working in fast paced or complex environments, with the ability to assess situations quickly, solve problems and deliver results within tight deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience clearly presenting complex information both verbally and in writing to support effective lending or business decisions. A collaborative team player who contributes positively to team performance and wider business objectives Knowledge or experience of the UK agriculture sector, including and understanding of how rural businesses operate and the ability to build rapport and credibility with farmers and agricultural customers. It’s a bonus if you have but not essential Experience of Business banking, including a good knowledge of our business products & services and credit writing Have completed Moody’s and have the ability to understand and interpret financial statements Knowledge of the banks policies and procedures, and if you’ve some knowledge of risk management policies – brilliant!
