Role Overview
As a Managing Consultant with expertise in Change Management, you will deliver complex client business transformation initiatives across a variety of sectors and drive the enhancement of our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading the delivery of medium sized and complex client business transformation initiatives.
* Managing a large client contract, including budgets, resource profile and billing.
* Contributing to delivery strategies and new offerings, by combining existing assets or adopting new insights to enhance our Change Management approach and services.
* Playing a role in the Programme and Change Practice, enacting and delivering on the 2025 strategy.
* Contributing to the development of internal training pathways to upskill consultants in strategic change management areas such as technology‑enabled change, transition change and transformational leadership.
* Leading teams on client delivery and mentoring/ coaching junior team members to enable capability development and growth of our team.

Qualifications
* Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑supplier transformation initiatives across various industries including public and private sectors; expertise in strategic change management, stakeholder management and change delivery; expertise in delivering and facilitating training to build capability and ensure adoption of processes or ways of working. Currently working in a major consulting firm and/or in industry.
* Commercial acumen to determine the best way to structure a deal for mutual benefit to clients and Capgemini. Ability to identify opportunities to enhance our change leadership and delivery through automation, advanced tooling and tailored methodologies. Proven ability to foster and grow client relationships.
* Experience and expertise in multiple delivery approaches and methodologies, particularly hybrid delivery models that combine traditional change approaches with Agile frameworks.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Experience of implementing technologies such as SAP S4/Hana, Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, CoPilot.
* Hold relevant qualifications:
o PROSCI Change Practitioner or APMG Change qualifications
o PRINCE2 Practitioner or agile equivalents
o MSP, MoP, and/or P3O from Axelos
* Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
* Experience of proposition building and leading the transition from sales into delivery.
* Already hold or be willing and eligible to obtain within 6 months, UK security vetting status of Security Check (SC).
