Our client, a leading global property consultancy, is looking for an experienced Rural Estate Manager to join their team in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of farms and estates, providing strategic advice to a range of clients.
Position Overview
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive management and consultancy services for rural businesses. You will be responsible for everything from lease negotiations and strategic reviews to identifying new land use opportunities, directly contributing to your clients' success.
Responsibilities
* Manage diverse rural farms and estates.
* Handle all landlord and tenant matters.
* Provide strategic consultancy advice to clients.
* Advise on land use and diversification projects.
* Draft and manage client annual budgets.
* Identify relevant grant funding opportunities.
* Appoint and manage external contractors.
Requirements
* MRICS qualified as a Rural Surveyor.
* Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law.
* Experience managing rural estate business operations.
* Proven ability to manage budgets and time.
