In this contract role, you’ll play a key key role in driving our business forward by bringing your unique financial expertise and strategic insight to help shape and support our growth trajectory.
What you'll be working on
As a Management Accountant at Apadmi, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations – owning monthly forecasts, producing board reports, and supporting audits and strategic planning. You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and the wider business to deliver insight, drive improvements, and help shape the future of our financial systems.
You’ll take the lead on Apadmi UK’s monthly forecast process – working closely with our Head of Finance to explore new scenarios and sharpen our financial modeling.
Compare Actuals vs Forecasts and uncover what’s driving the difference. You’ll turn those insights into clear, concise updates that help keep Apadmi on track.
Work hand-in-hand with our Group Financial Accountant on the consolidated Balance Sheet, keeping things tight.
Assist in preparing consolidated Group Management Accounts and Board Reports for stakeholders inside and outside the business. You’ll help paint the full financial picture.
When audit season rolls around, you’ll be right in the mix, helping the Group Financial Accountant keep everything moving smoothly.

Support the Head of Finance and wider teams with ad‑hoc tasks that keep the business running smoothly – no two days are the same!
What you’ll bring to the team
We’re looking for a qualified (or close to qualified) accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with hands‑on management accounts experience to join us on contract basis. You’ll be organised, proactive, and empathetic, collaborating seamlessly across all levels of the business while handling information with integrity and respect.
A qualified (or close to qualified) accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with hands‑on management accounts experience.
A clear and confident communicator, able to build relationships and share insights across all levels of the business.
Someone who enjoys the pace and energy of a growing organisation – and is always looking to improve how things are done.
Strong analytical skills with a love for problem‑solving and storytelling through numbers.
Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage your own time and workload.
An empathetic teammate, able to see things from others’ perspectives and always handle information with sensitivity and integrity.
