1. Responsibilities
* Managing the rollout from planning to publishing of the training content for our platforms; working with platform teams on training plans, resources, tracking progress, identifying, and managing risks
* Responsible for managing any above-platform training requirements, so for example, integrations, etc.
* Developing and publishing role-based curriculums
* Ensuring that other related initiatives, such as permissions models, resourcing etc, feed back into training initiative.
* Helping with other related work, such as developing skills matrix
* Communicating progress/metrics of these initiatives to senior management
2. Qualifications
* Rolling out curriculum, training or DX projects or initiatives at an enterprise level
* Managing projects that spans multiple teams /cross-org initiatives
* Producing training matrices, for example, mapping roles to training curriculum)
