The ideal applicant will bring a solid foundation in Health and Safety, along with hands-on experience within the water industry.
This position is based in the Peterborough region and requires travel across the UK.

role: The Health and Safety Trainer and Assessor will deliver high-quality training to operational staff and apprentices, primarily within the utility industry. Training will usually take the form of short courses delivered both at our Peterborough centre and at customer sites The ideal candidate will have a strong health and safety background with relevant occupational qualifications, preferably with experience in the utilities or construction sector A background in training is desirable, but not essential, as support will be provided for the right person We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills who can build and maintain strong relationships while delivering engaging and effective training Health and Safety Trainer and Assessor
responsibilities: Deliver quality learning packages to meet specified objectives and outcomes Design and build engaging training packages aligned with learning objectives Deliver best practice and standardised training and assessment Liaise with Internal Quality Assurers to maintain consistency and compliance Achieve and maintain an individual utilisation rate of 80% Health and Safety Trainer and Assessor
