Regional Director Company HSB Location Liverpool, United Kingdom Role: Regional Director Brand: Premier Guarantee Location: Remote Your Purpose To work with the PG Sales Director to achieve sales and business targets as directed and pro-actively identify and develop new accounts within a specified Region, operating strictly within FCA Regulations. Your Responsibilities - To achieve agreed sales and business objectives relating to targeted growth. - To assist in the development and implementation of the Sales and Marketing Plan for the Premier - Guarantee range of products. With specific reference to the development of the Major projects - offering. - To regularly liaise with the PG Sales Director, providing regular updates on progress and - development, at the same time as highlighting any potential issues. - To manage and develop your appointed Account Manager to ensure their work is supporting - effectively their allocated accounts. - To develop key contacts at senior levels of major target organisations. - To make sales presentations to clients and work colleagues, as required. - To produce sales statistics and information on a weekly and ad hoc basis. - To attend regular internal and external Sales Team meetings. - To pro-actively manage existing, and develop new, customer relationships. - To attend Trade Exhibitions and Industry events as required. - To develop and maintain competitor and market knowledge. - To strictly adhere to the Company's selling practices and methods in accordance with FCA rules. - To assist in the growing of the Building Control offering - Development of customer journey and processes of the client facing parts of the business - Attend meetings with other departments within the business and develop the offering as a whole. - Have a visual presence at the office. - Have involvement in the Excellence awards. - To deputise for Premier Guarantee Sales Director when absent, to include but not limited to, weekly - reporting, conference call/s, monthly management reporting and sales presentations. - To undertake all Management Essentials training courses successfully. - To assist with team recruitment and training where necessary. Your Skills and Experience - In depth knowledge of FCA Regulations, gained in a similar sales environment. - A highly successful track record of setting and achieving Sales targets - An in depth understanding of the insurance market and related products - Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills with ability to identify and match our products - with new and existing customers - Good at problem solving. - Proven experience dealing with demanding clients at all levels. - Good at making large financial decisions with the help of D&B and underwriting. - The ability to identify market opportunities - Proven ability to persuade and influence - Excellent communication skills, written and oral - Ability to motivate self and influence others. - Strong commercial and market awareness. - Be able to deliver presentations to small and large groups confidently. - Good knowledge of CRM systems. - Full UK driving licence
