Administrators £12.46 per hour This is an ongoing temporary role Ideally someone that is able to start immediately Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm & 9.30am-5.30pm Hybrid - 2 days week once training period is completed We are currently recruiting for Administrators for our client based in Milton Keynes in the Linford wood area. What will be your responsibilities: - Ensure efficient scheduling of work for business and customer benefit. - Support other departments in handling customer scheduling queries. - Manage and align customer expectations with service standards. - Meet all tasks within customer SLAs and internal targets. - Collaborate with field workers to balance work quality and quantity. - Proactively resolve issues for company and customer within set targets. - Support colleagues in addressing complex queries by sharing knowledge. - Work closely with teams to maintain high-quality service and meet SLAs. - Document and assist in resolving customer complaints, escalating when necessary. - Participate in planning and deploying new services and system enhancements. - Take full ownership of issues and ensure timely resolution. - Prioritize and manage workload according to team and industry deadlines. Ideal Experience: - Prior customer service or contact center experience. - Preferably experienced in outbound calling or call handling. - Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. - Customer-focused with a knack for identifying and addressing customer needs. - Adaptability to work in complex environments with competing demands. - Proactive problem-solving skills. - Effective time management skills. - Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure. - Positive attitude with strong enthusiasm and a problem-solving mindset. - Diligence, accuracy, and conscientiousness. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, etc.). - High level of computer and system literacy, adept at using multiple systems efficiently.
