The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering schemes across retail, leisure, residential and office sectors. The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will oversee a variety of schemes from feasibility to handover, supporting client objectives while managing key project milestones. The Project Manager will also contribute to business development, client engagement and team coordination.
The Project Manager
2+ years' consultancy project management experience
Sector exposure in one or more: retail, leisure, residential or office
Relevant degree and ideally working towards chartership
Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery mindset
Understanding of JCT/NEC contracts
