The role involves delivering exceptional service to meet personal and business targets. It requires inspiring our customers through your passion and knowledge of our products. While this is primarily a customer-facing role, flexibility to support colleagues in other store areas when needed is essential.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Greet and engage with customers upon arrival, addressing initial queries such as store location and collection points.
2. Assist customers with security tags left on at barriers.
3. Support nearby tills when necessary.
4. Deliver a world-class customer experience that stands out in the marketplace.
5. Help style customers with attention to detail by actively listening to their needs.
6. Introduce and demonstrate enthusiasm for all multi-channel services to increase sales and foster loyalty.
7. Resolve customer queries effectively face-to-face or via telephone.
8. Maintain stock replenishment and uphold high standards in stockroom and back-of-house areas to ensure product availability.
9. Maintain high standards of personal presentation.
10. Support in-store events by providing ideas and feedback for improvement.
11. Uphold sophisticated retail and visual standards to attract customers and boost sales.
12. Participate actively in loss prevention efforts within the store.
13. Adhere to all health and safety policies at all times.
14. Think proactively and confidently, inspiring the team.
15. Take ownership of your role, responsibilities, and results.
16. Be relevant to our people, partners, and the planet.
This role does not guarantee fixed hours; working hours may vary weekly, and there may be weeks with no hours offered.
