🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
💰 Salary:£16-£18 per hour
📌 About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team in West Thurrock. This is not heavy fabrication work – you’ll be working on lighter fire doors and associated components, requiring precision and attention to detail.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
* ⚙️ Operate and set up press brake machines for sheet metal bending
* 🔩 Perform welding tasks (MIG/TIG) on light gauge materials
* 📐 Read and interpret technical drawings
* ✔️ Ensure high-quality standards and accurate measurements
* 🤝 Work collaboratively within a small, skilled team
🎯 Requirements:
* 🛠️ Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication
* 🔧 Skilled in press brake operation and welding techniques
* ⏱️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* 👀 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
