Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am until 5pm, working 1 in 2/3 weekends as required. What you will be doing: - Greeting and First Impressions: You'll be the friendly face that greets customers, ensuring they receive a top-level first impression and feel welcomed from the moment they step through our doors. - Effective Product Display: You'll play a crucial role in showcasing our products effectively to capture customers' attention and highlight their features. - Collaboration with Sales: Working closely with our sales department, you'll ensure a seamless experience for our customers, guiding them through their journey with expertise and care. - Continuous Learning: You'll continuously expand your knowledge about our products, staying up-to-date to provide customers with all the right information they need, every time. - Customer Advising and Guidance: Utilising your expertise and passion for our brand, you'll advise customers on the perfect product for their needs and guide them through the purchase process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. - Upsell of products: Advising customers of various products and upselling where required.
